By booking a vehicle through Legacy Exotics, you agree to enter into a rental agreement subject to these terms. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and approval. A valid driver's license and a credit card in the renter's name are required at pickup.
Renters must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years. International renters must provide a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country license.
A security deposit will be held on your credit card at the time of pickup. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
Basic insurance coverage is included with every rental. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the included insurance, including but not limited to: tire damage, interior damage, and damage caused by negligence or violation of the rental agreement. Additional coverage options are available upon request.
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance as specified in your booking confirmation. Excess mileage will be charged at the rate specified in your rental agreement. Vehicles may not be taken to racetracks, off-road, or outside the designated service area without prior written authorization.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Modifications are subject to availability.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will be charged at a premium rate. All vehicles require premium fuel unless otherwise specified.
Vehicles may not be used for: racing or speed testing, towing, subletting, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, transporting hazardous materials, or any illegal activity. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the security deposit.
